SC Works Waccamaw to host ‘Deployment to Employment’ Job Fair Nov. 4

SC Works Waccamaw, in partnership with the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce (DEW), will host the annual “Deployment to Employment” Job Fair on Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2026.
The multi-employer hiring event will take place from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Springmaid Resort, located at 3300 Springmaid Blvd. in Myrtle Beach. 
In honor of Veterans Month, military veterans will receive exclusive early admission to the job fair from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Complimentary coffee and donuts will also be provided for veterans through a partnership with Universal Health Services. While the event pays special tribute to those who served, the job fair is open to all job seekers in the community.
Attendees will have the opportunity to connect directly with regional employers across multiple industries who are actively seeking candidates to fill open positions.
