Ava Randall joins Coldwell Banker Caine in Greenville

Coldwell Banker Caine welcomed Ava Randall as a real estate agent in its Greenville office. An Upstate native who currently serves as Miss Golden Strip, Randall brings experience in new home sales, a background in legal work and a strong commitment to community service to her work with buyers and sellers.

Randall was drawn to real estate by the opportunity to build a career around people and service. She got her start in new home sales, where she enjoyed helping buyers imagine a home’s possibilities and make it their own. Her approach begins with getting to know each client—what they value, how they want to live and what will make a property feel right for them.

Randall has received three Presidential Service Awards for her volunteer work. Through pageantry and her involvement in Toastmasters International, she also pursues her interest in public speaking and connecting with others.

Randall holds a degree in criminal justice with a minor in psychology from Clemson University and an associate degree in paralegal studies. Her education and legal experience have reinforced the importance of listening closely, communicating clearly and recognizing that every client brings a different set of priorities to the process.

“The same house can mean something completely different to two people, and that’s one of my favorite things about real estate,” said Randall. “I love getting to know what someone sees in a home and what they hope to find. Having grown up in the Upstate, I’m excited to help others find their place in a community that means so much to me.”
