Sonic the Hedgehog is Racing to Eggs Up Grill in Mauldin for a Family Meet-and-Greet
November 2, 2026
Local families and video game fans will have a chance to meet one of pop culture’s most iconic speedsters this month. Eggs Up Grill in Mauldin has announced that Sonic the Hedgehog will make a special guest appearance at the restaurant on Saturday, November 14.
The meet-and-greet event runs from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Mauldin location, 439 N. Main St. Families and children are invited to stop by during lunchtime to see Sonic, take photos, and enjoy an afternoon out with the community.
The visit follows the diner’s recent Family Night gathering, which brought out area residents for an evening of community dining and face painting by Haydiddle the Art Clown. Restaurant organizers encourage parents to bring their cameras and invite friends for the midday weekend appearance.
