Bob Shaw Recognized for Superior Achievement Production Award; Receives Colliers President’s Award

GREENVILLE, SC – March 2, 2012 Bob Shaw was the recipient of the Superior Achievement Production Award and the Colliers President’s Award for Greenville, South Carolina, at the Colliers International 2011 Annual Awards Banquet. The President’s Award is given to the individual who demonstrates extraordinary commitment and character, going above and beyond to accelerate the success of the company and its clients.

A graduate of the University of South Carolina, Bob is a Principal of the Greenville office, specializing in the leasing and sale of office and industrial properties. Most recently Bob was recognized in 2009 and 2010 as Overall Production winner for Colliers International’s Greenville office.
Prior to joining Colliers in 2008, Bob worked with Liberty Property Trust, an international developer and landlord, and was responsible for leasing and marketing their 1.5M square foot office and industrial portfolio in the Upstate of South Carolina. Bob has ample experience marketing buildings from the ground up, resulting in high lease up rates. Prior to his time with Liberty, he spent 15 years overseas in several international management positions, primarily as Vice-President and Co-Owner of Pac Asia, Ltd. in Guam. Bob earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History at the University of South Carolina.
