October 21, 2021

LCK announces the addition of Brennan Reeves to its Columbia team of project management professionals. Brennan will be bringing his management expertise to LCK’s clients as he serves as owner’s representative to select and organize contractors, architects, engineers and consultants for a wide variety of projects. Assignments will include the renovation or development of all types of commercial, industrial, retail and institutional real estate.

“I am excited about Brennan’s addition to the LCK team as we continue to build our professional talent platform in the Columbia marketplace and across the state,” said Mickey Layden, President/CEO of LCK. “His business and construction background combined with a unique perspective from the real estate occupier’s viewpoint will be a tremendous asset for LCK’s clients.”

Prior to joining LCK, Reeves performed in-house construction management services for a regional law firm with locations throughout the Southeast. He enjoys volunteering his time and resources to support the USO of Columbia, the nation’s leading charitable organization in serving active-duty service members.

LCK is a regional firm certified by the National Women’s Business Owner’s Corporation as a woman-owned business offering project management solutions for institutions, corporations and private entities in the renovation of existing buildings and development of real estate.
