Charity Applications Now Being Accepted For 2012 St. Francis Fall For Greenville

Annual festival donates a portion of proceeds to local nonprofit community

GREENVILLE, SC – April 23, 2012 – St. Francis Fall for Greenville, A Taste of Our Town, is currently accepting applications from local nonprofit organizations for its upcoming festival weekend scheduled for October 12-14 in downtown Greenville.

Each year the festival donates a portion of its proceeds to local nonprofit organizations that help provide the almost 1,800 volunteers needed to support the festival each year.  In 2011, the festival donated $35,000 to seven nonprofits from the local community.Throughout the course of the three-day event, volunteers will be placed in key positions throughout the festival site, including cashiers/wristband sellers, beer and wine servers, Pepsi servers, booth captains, festival concierge and event runners. Positions are also available with the St. Francis Fall for Greenville finance area.
