March 5, 2013

COLUMBIA, SC – March 5, 2013 – Charlotte Henderson has joined Central Carolina Community Foundation in the newly created position of Director of Information Management.

Henderson supports the development, stewardship, community impact and marketing functions within the Foundation and works with each department to ensure that the data in the Foundation’s system is correct and consistent. She also establishes policies, procedures, and best practices for the database and produces timely and authoritative reports using this data.

Henderson comes to CCCF from Philadelphia, where she was most recently the Visitor Services Data Coordinator at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. In that role, she was responsible for managing and executing projects that resulted in comprehensive and efficient dissemination of museum attendance data.

Data collection and analysis play a critical role in our ability to serve our fundholders and grantees, said Foundation President and CEO JoAnn Turnquist. We are delighted to have found someone with Charlotte’s level of experience.  Her ability to assist us in this vital function will allow us to better serve as the vehicle for philanthropy in the Midlands and beyond.

Henderson graduated Magna Cum Laude from Temple University in Philadelphia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications.
