City of Columbia to host Annual Career Fair April 22

The City of Columbia will hold its 4th Annual Career Fair on Tuesday, April 22, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center, 1101 Lincoln Street.

The event is open to the public and will feature representatives from multiple city departments. Attendees can learn about current job openings, speak directly with hiring staff, and get information about the daily work these departments perform. Some departments will also be present to share how they serve the community and how to stay informed about future job openings.

On-the-spot interviews will be conducted, and job offers may be extended during the event. The City promotes a range of benefits for employees, including flexible schedules, professional development opportunities, competitive health benefits, and room for advancement.
