Colliers International guides Cognito Forms through expansion of office space in The Vista district

Office, retail and restaurant space at 929 Gervais Street remains at full occupancy with collaboration between landlord, tenants and brokers.
Colliers International’s Mary Winter Teaster recently assisted Cognito Forms in expanding its headquarters at 929 Gervais Street in The Vista district. While the company only recently moved into the building, accelerating worldwide demand for their online form-building platform led them to rapidly expand their staff over the past 18 months. Their growing team now occupies more than 6,500 square feet of the historic building in Columbia’s arts and entertainment district.

Established in 2013, Cognito Forms enables anyone to quickly create, publish, and manage their own digital forms. This empowers non-profits and businesses of all sizes to eliminate paper-based processes and streamline their operations – without needing to know code.
The building at 929 Gervais Street provides office, restaurant, and retail space in the heart of the Congaree Vista. Amenities include an outdoor patio and courtyard as well as on-site parking, both rare finds in The Vista. The environment retains unique features such as a grand staircase leading to the courtyard, high ceilings, rare skylights, exposed brick and a majestic chandelier at the Gervais Street entrance.
