Colliers International Selected as Commercial Real Estate Partner for Clemson University International Center for Automotive Research (CUICAR)

GREENVILLE, SC – Colliers International announced its new role as strategic real estate partner for Clemson University International Center for Automotive Research (CUICAR).

Colliers will provide marketing and brokerage services for One Research Drive in CU-ICAR’s Technology Neighborhood I. The four-story, multi-tenant, Class A building will offer approximately 80,000 square feet. It is expected that a number of private industry partners will occupy space in the building.  One Research Drive will be constructed to LEED Silver standard and is projected to be complete by December 2015.

In addition to the lease-up of One Research Drive, Colliers will assist CU-ICAR with marketing the remaining 250-acre campus. The Colliers team will coordinate marketing and leasing efforts with the support from Colliers International’s global team members in Detroit, Birmingham, China, Japan, Germany and Mexico.
