Colliers represents High Bay Distribution in sale of Portside Distribution Center

Colliers | South Carolina is providing brokerage and property management services under new ownership, MSG Portside LLC

Colliers | South Carolina brokers Mark Erickson, SIOR, Matt Pickard and Adam Baker represented High Bay Distribution in the sale of Portside Distribution Center, a ±189,418-square-foot warehouse in the Summerville market, to MSG Portside LLC.

MSG Portside LLC has retained Colliers | South Carolina for brokerage services and awarded the property management to Colliers’ Real Estate Management Services (REMS) team, lead by Mike Benedetti.

Portside Distribution Center is a newly constructed, Class A speculative building off of Portside Park Drive. It consists of ±189,418 square feet of tilt-up warehousing and distribution space that is currently available for lease.

By purchasing an existing building, MSG Portside was able to quickly enter the Charleston market as a landlord and begin leasing immediately.”
