Colliers | South Carolina is providing brokerage and property management services for Building B
Colliers | South Carolina brokers Mark Erickson, SIOR and Jarred Watts represented Randolph Development, LLC in the lease of ±76,738 square feet at Portside Distribution Center Building B to a large residential and commercial moving services tenant.
Portside Distribution Center is Randolph Development’s newly constructed, Class A development consisting of two warehouses totaling ±393,422 square feet on Portside Park Drive in the Summerville submarket. Building B consists of ±203,970 square feet of tilt-up warehousing and distribution space and currently has space available for lease that can accommodate a variety of users.
At Building B, Randolph Development retained Colliers | South Carolina for brokerage services and awarded the property management to Colliers’ Real Estate Management Services (REMS) team. The Colliers team previously marketed Building A for lease and sold it to MSG Portside LLC in February 2021. Colliers was then retained by the new owners to lease out 100% of the building which coincided with the closing of the sale.
