Colliers | South Carolina and LCK announce Service Excellence Award recipients

Colliers | South Carolina and LCK announced that the company’s 2020 Service Excellence Award was presented to 34 brokerage, marketing, property management, accounting and project management team members who support Weston, Inc.’s industrial real estate portfolio in South Carolina.
The Service Excellence Award recognizes a team or an individual which delivers services of outstanding quality, creativity, geographic reach and unique collaboration and inspires others to provide the same level of superior service to our clients. This team goes “above and beyond” by making the most of their expertise and resources to solve complex challenges while creating memorable and successful outcomes for their clients and colleagues.
In early 2020, Weston purchased 37 properties totaling approximately 5.5 million square feet of industrial assets in the largest single acquisition of properties in South Carolina in at least ten years, according to CoStar, which was also the largest transaction in Weston’s history. Colliers and LCK pitched for Weston’s business to represent their newly acquired buildings and won the assignment. The Colliers and LCK team across the company’s Charleston, Columbia, Greenville and Spartanburg offices work every day to carry out the Weston mission.

Since the 2020 acquisition, Weston has purchased an additional 647,587 square feet across three buildings in the Columbia market. Combined with its previous holdings, this brings its total ownership in South Carolina to 45 properties and nearly 8 million square feet.
