Colliers | South Carolina announces new team additions in Columbia office
May 19, 2025Colliers | South Carolina is pleased to announce five new hires for its Real Estate Management Services (REMS) and Accounting departments in Columbia.
Lauren Dodds has been hired as a Property Administrator, responsible for supporting the property manager and building engineering team in the daily operations and maintenance of the 1901 Main office tower in Downtown Columbia. She is a candidate to earn the CCIM designation through the CCIM Institute. Dodds is a member of CREW Midlands (the local affiliate of CREW Network – Commercial Real Estate Women), ULI Midlands (Urban Land Institute) and IREM SC Chapter 72 (Institute of Real Estate Management). She recently graduated from the University of South with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.

Heather Seal has also joined the REMS team as a Lease Administrator, responsible for the administration of lease agreements within the company’s portfolio of managed properties. Seal graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and holds a Juris Doctor from Campbell University School of Law. She has previously worked as a court clerk and a paralegal.

Mary Sikora has joined the Colliers team as a Property Accountant, performing a variety of accounting and advisory functions for commercial property management accounts within the company’s REMS portfolio. She graduated from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics. Sikora has experience in general accounting, accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Megan Johnson and Amber Scharp have been hired as Accounting Administrators, responsible for delivering timely financial information and analytics to REMS team members and clients. In this role, they perform a variety of data entry and administrative support functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data management. Johnson’s background is in finance for a grocery chain. Scharp’s background is in retail pricing and point of sale systems.
