104,000 square foot shallow bay industrial building in Fort Mill, S.C. completes construction, begins leasing

Crescent Communities, a nationally-recognized, market-leading real estate investor, developer, and operator of mixed-use communities, announces the completion of construction at Stateline Logistics Center, a shallow bay industrial building located off Carowinds Blvd in Fort Mill, South Carolina.

The newly completed Stateline Logistics Center offers 104,000 square feet of space with 30 dock doors and 2 drive-ins, in place, and an impressive amount of glass along the front for lager office users. Stateline Logistics Center also offers a 130-foot truck court with trailer parking and ample car parking.

“We are proud to expand into this fast-growing submarket of Charlotte and cater to tenants in both North and South Carolina,” says Brendan Pierce, Senior Managing Director at Crescent Communities. “Our incoming tenants will benefit from ideal access and visibility with an abundant labor force in a well-established Industrial Park.”

Located along I-77 in Lakemont Business Park, at the corner of Lakemont Boulevard and Steele Point Drive, Stateline Logistics Center provides ideal access to I-77, I-485, and the airport Intermodal terminal.

“Charlotte’s continued growth – especially along the I-77 South corridor – coupled with the lack of comparable shallow bay buildings being delivered to the area, puts Stateline Logistics Center in an ideal position for success,” shares Matt Treble of Cushman & Wakefield, the project’s Leasing Director.

Stateline Logistics Center was designed and built by a team of industry experts, including Merriman Schmitt Architects, Intercon Building Corp., and leasing is being provided by Cushman & Wakefield.
