Cypress Commercial & Investment Real Estate, a leading commercial real estate brokerage company, announces year-end results for 2024 of 35 real estate transactions representing a value of more than $39 million.

The year-end numbers represent a nearly 20% increase in the number of transactions and a 35% increase in the value of transactions over the prior year.

Notable transactions for the year included:

• 14 investment real estate sales across the Southeast consisting of single tenant and multi-tenant properties.
• Long-term lease for Whataburger’s newest location in Columbia at 202 Bridgeberry Lane.
• Two long-term leases for Prisma Health’s new urgent care locations at 5061 Sunset Blvd. in Lexington, S.C., and 7613 Garners Ferry Rd. in Columbia, S.C.
