Housing has become an important issue for Columbia. So often you hear about the obstacles major cities face when it comes to keeping their communities affordable and livable. Cities like our own are not exempt from this issue and the conversations we can have around the issue.
The Nickelodeon is proud to present a conversation and panel for the community. We’ve assembled some local housing experts to present facts about housing, ways to keep this city and others affordable, and the challenges that come with increased affordability.

We learn so much from film, but we also can learn a lot when we listen and talk to each other.
