Carnaval del Barrio is one of the Midlands’ largest celebrations of Hispanic Heritage Month, bringing together thousands of attendees for a vibrant day of music, culture, food, and family-friendly entertainment. Hosted by Limitless Community Development, this annual festival celebrates the rich traditions and diversity of the Hispanic community while creating opportunities for cultural connection and community engagement.
