Fisher Phillips Elects 28 New Partners – 2024 Class is Largest and Most Diverse in Firm’s History

Fisher Phillips, an international labor and employment law firm representing employers, is proud to announce the election of 28 new attorneys to partnership. This year’s class is the largest in the firm’s history and spans 18 offices across the country with 79% representing a diverse cross-section of the firm.

The attorneys in this year’s class help clients navigate the changing employer-employee dynamic in growing industries around the world, including Aviation, Construction, Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, Manufacturing, PEO and Staffing, and Transportation and Supply Chain.

In Columbia, SC Office

Ben Dudek is an employment attorney in the Columbia office. He is certified by the South Carolina Supreme Court as a Specialist in Employment and Labor Law. Ben is very active in defending employers against administrative charges and lawsuits in state and federal courts. He represents clients in matters involving the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); Title VII discrimination, retaliation, and harassment; the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA); the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA); wrongful discharge; and wage and hour laws.

Phillips McWilliams is an employment attorney in the Columbia office. He regularly counsels employers on a variety of employment and labor issues in an effort to avoid litigation, to include decisions regarding hiring, discipline, investigations, and other related issues. He also gives talks to management and leadership in companies on harassment, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) compliance, the Family Medical Leave Act, and many other areas.
