COLUMBIA, S.C. – December 11, 2007- Four Columbia attorneys at Fisher & Phillips LLP have been selected by their peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America 2008®. Biographical Information
Jonathan Pearson is a managing partner in the Columbia office of the national labor and employment law firm. His practice emphasizes traditional labor law, as well as a wide range of employment litigation including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA and FLSA. He also frequently assists employers in union contract negotiations and in dealing with strike-related issues. Jon is certified as a specialist in labor and employment law by the South Carolina Supreme Court and is past Chairman of the Labor and Employment Section of the South Carolina Bar.
