Frank Hammond Re-Elected to Colliers National Steering Committee

GREENVILLE, SC – February 27, 2012 – Frank Hammond, CCIM, CPM, President of Colliers International’s Greenville office, has been elected for a second term to the national Steering Committee for Colliers International. Hammond will serve a two year term on the 11-member committee, which is designed to provide recommendations to national level executive leadership on the day-to-day management of Colliers International.

The new committee is also charged with fostering the development and implementation of best practices for the global firm, which has more than 15,000 professionals in 512 offices worldwide. A 1983 graduate of Clemson University, Frank is President of Colliers International’s Greenville, South Carolina, office, specializing in landlord and tenant representation for office and retail properties. Additionally, he has significant experience advising and consulting with financial institutions on troubled assets and OREO. Frank has been the recipient of numerous awards including the Commercial Property Manager of the Year and was twice-named the Greater Greenville Association of REALTORS® (GGAR) Commercial REALTOR® of the Year. He is also a Principal of the company. 

Frank is past President of the South Carolina chapter of IREM and the West End Association, a non-profit community development organization. He was also the former Chairman for the City of Greenville Board of Zoning Appeals and served as former Chairman for the board of trustees for the Buncombe Street United Methodist Church. Frank is active in many civic endeavors in his community including Meals on Wheels, the United Way and The Blood Connection.
