COLUMBIA, SC – April 21, 2008 – Grubb & Ellis | Wilson Kibler, one of the leading providers of integrated real estate services, is pleased to announce the following new shareholders; Mike Edwards, Ted Pitts, CCIM, Seth Rogers, Alan Moyd, CCIM and Neal Bowers, CCIM.

Mike Edwards has eighteen years of experience in commercial real estate. He specializes in retail and office brokerage and leasing. Mike is a works primarily in office and retail site sales and development, redevelopment and sale of historic properties, shopping center sales and leasing. He works primarily with retail and office properties in urban corridors and Northeast Columbia.
Alan Moyd, CCIM, SIOR, has over twenty three years of experience in commercial and investment sales and leasing. He specializes in industrial brokerage and leasing. Most recently Alan has been the exclusive listing agent for the Forum II and III business parks. Alan holds the Certified Commercial Investment Management (CCIM) designation and the designation of Industrial Specialist with the Society of Office and Investment Realtors (SIOR).
Neal Bowers, CCIM, has over thirteen years of experience in real estate. He has concentrated on retail leasing and sales transactions since 1999 covering the eastern portion of South Carolina. Neal’s concentration currently is in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and Grand Strand markets extending west to Columbia, South Carolina. Neal holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), is the Incoming ICSC South Carolina State Operations Chairman, is a Member of the Grubb & Ellis Retail Executive Committee, is a Member of the Grubb & Ellis Retail Council, is a Member of the National Association of Realtors and a Member of the Chicora Rotary Club in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
Ted Pitts, CCIM, joined Wilson | Kibler, Inc. in 1999. Ted handles leasing and sales of warehouses, industrial facilities and land. He holds the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM.) Ted is a Member of the South Carolina House of Representatives, the Rotary Club of Lexington, a Member of Saye Gotha Presbyterian Church, a Member of the South Carolina National Guard and a Board Member for the Central Midlands Council of Governments.
Seth Rogers joined Wilson | Kibler, Inc. in 2002. Seth handles the sale of multi housing investment properties and land and development tracts. Seth is a Member of Grubb & Ellis’ Multi Housing Investment Group. Seth specializes in Multi-Family sales as well as net-lease sales. Most recently, Seth represented the seller of the new Advance Auto stores in Chapin and South Congaree, South Carolina.
