November 22, 2021Interim HealthCare, a leading area provider of home health care, hospice, and personal care services, recently announced the promotion of 25-year employee Dennie Guidici to Vice President of Administration. In this role, Guidici will oversee the critical administrative functions of the organization including the corporate compliance program, quality and performance improvement, staff development, digital systems, and risk management.
“Long-serving employees like Dennie who genuinely embody the spirit of Interim HealthCare are the reason why we’re consistently recognized as a top place to work in South Carolina,” said Charles McDonough, Chief Executive Officer for Interim HealthCare. “Her institutional knowledge and tenure with the company coupled with her ability to lead our team to success are extremely valuable as we look to grow and expand across the state.”
Guidici has been in the healthcare industry for 25 years and has spent her entire career at Interim HealthCare. This new role will consolidate several areas of operation under one structure, and it will also allow for a more streamlined and focused approach as Interim HealthCare continues expansion across the state.
“I am grateful for the opportunity to continue my career and broaden my experience at a company with such a strong culture and that shares my mission to serve others,” said Guidici. “Continuing to grow in South Carolina brings the prospect of new providers and other regulatory and compliance matters that I am looking forward to helping the company navigate. I am also excited to partner with our operations and sales teams to develop new programs and engage in technology to be an innovative provider for the benefit of our patients.”
