iSMASH expands with first Charleston location opening at Island Plaza in James Island

Twin Rivers Capital announced the lease of 8,450 ± SF at Island Plaza in Charleston, South Carolina.
Nicki Jassy, Broker and Lauren Watkins, Senior Associate of Twin Rivers Capital, represented the tenant, iSMASH.
iSMASH currently has seven locations nationwide and has plans for 80+ new openings across the country. The entertainment venue features interactive Smash Rooms, Black Light Splatter Painting, and Axe Throwing.
