Keene Development selects Greenville based ID Studio as interior design partner for The McDaniel

Real estate development and investment company Keene Development Group has chosen Greenville based ID Studio Interiors as the interior design firm to select the interior finish options for its new ultra high-end luxury townhouse development, The McDaniel. Wilson Associates, the exclusive sales partner for The McDaniel, enthusiastically endorsed the selection based on their direct knowledge of the firm’s work and reputation.

Under terms of the agreement, ID Studio will select and curate a matrixed range of design choices – cabinetry, closet configurations, fixtures and finishes, flooring, etc. – that will appeal to luxury buyers of varying taste ranges – from traditional to modern. These extremely beautiful and high-quality options will allow buyers to easily customize their homes to reflect their personal style, while resting assured of a cohesive, visually stunning and completely functional design. ID Studio’s Kim Jackson will serve as lead designer for The McDaniel project and will take her cues from the community’s timeless architecture, which reflects both classic European and modern elements.

ID Studio Interiors was chosen based on its extensive experience with creating lavish and opulent residential and multi-family interiors from the ground up across the Upstate, from The Cliffs to Augusta Road to Thornblade, and even creating the initial concepts for the Hartness development. Over its 20 years in business, ID Studio has become adept at working directly with architects and developers in addition to residents to envision and build harmonious spaces from the ground up.

While specific design choices are still being determined, Kim Jackson and her team plan to unveil many of the custom options at The McDaniel launch party to be held in mid-June.
