Laurens County School District 55 Announces Summer Meal Schedule

Beginning June 21, Waterloo Elementary School and Laurens Elementary School will provide curbside meals Monday-Thursday, 11:00-11:30 a.m. This will include lunch and next day breakfast. On Thursdays, pick up will include meals for Friday. Students enrolled in a district summer program will be offered breakfast daily as well.

Beginning June 28, curbside meals will be provided at the following locations: Laurens Middle School, Ford Elementary School, Gray Court-Owings School, Hickory Tavern School, Laurens Elementary School, and Waterloo Elementary School. Curbside meals will be provided Monday-Thursday, 11:00-11:30 a.m. This will include lunch and next day breakfast. On Thursdays, pick up will include meals for Friday.

These schools will also provide meals for students enrolled in summer school on their campus. Students enrolled in a district summer program will be offered breakfast daily as well.

Sanders Middle School and Laurens District 55 High School will not have curbside pickup but will provide meals to students involved in activities/programs on their campus. They will also provide meals for the daycares and community organizations served by our summer meals program.

E.B. Morse Elementary School (EBM) will not operate any summer meals activities due to on-site construction. EBM students may get meals from any of the other campuses that are providing curbside distribution.

On Thursday, July 1, meals will be provided for the entire week of July 5-9

Summer meals will continue through the weeks of July 12, July 19, and July 26. The last day for meals distribution is July 29.
