Maggie Stackley joins LCK as Preconstruction Services Manager in Columbia office
June 5, 2023LCK announces that Maggie Stackley has joined its project management team in the Columbia office as Preconstruction Services Manager.
In this role, Stackley’s responsibilities are focused on the front-end phases of LCK’s assignments including conceptual planning, estimating, negotiation of contracts, cost management and value analysis. Her efforts are then leveraged to accelerate the successful execution of the final design and construction of both greenfield developments and renovations.
“Maggie’s extensive experience in preconstruction and estimating aligns perfectly with the LCK platform and will be a valuable asset to the clients we serve,” said Dale Stigamier, Senior Vice President of LCK. “We welcome her to LCK and look forward to the addition of her expertise to our growing team and portfolio of projects.”
Stackley is actively involved in organizations within the construction industry. She previously held various roles including Carolinas AGC – Project SuperVISION committee member, chapter board member for the American Subcontractors Association and the chapter president for the Painting and Decorating Contractors of America. Additionally, she previously served as president and board member of the Business Association of Columbia and is an alumni and previous board member of Leadership Lexington County.
