NAI Avant is pleased to announce the sale of a ±6,500 square foot retail building at 5541 Sunset Boulevard in Lexington, SC.
Senior broker Ben Kelly represented the seller, Grand Investments, LP, in the transaction. Broker John Gregory represented the buyer, PHA, Jr, LLC, doing business as Pete Alewine Pool and Spa, who purchased the property for $1,250,000. Pete Alewine Pool and Spa is expanding their operations from their home in Augusta, GA to the Lexington, SC market.
