CHARLESTON, SC – August 18, 2010 – James Harrison, CCIM, an investment sales broker with NAI Avant, represented the buyer of the store leased by O’Reilly Auto Parts on Ashley Phosphate Road in Charleston, SC.  The property was acquired for approximately $1,250,000.
