NAI Earle Furman Brokers Sale of Orchard Village Shopping Center

GREENVILLE, SC – April 11, 2012 – Harry Croxton and John D. Gray, CCIM of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller in the sale of Orchard Village shopping center located at 21 Orchard Park Drive in Greenville.  The center was sold to South Coast Commercial.  Tenants at the center include Outback Steakhouse, Super Tan and Brashier Polk Cleaners.
