New Restaurant to Open in Simpsonville

GREENVILLE, SC – June 22, 2012 – Mark Griffin of Langston Black Real Estate, Inc. recently represented Mad Cuban Cafe in the lease of 1600 square feet located at 699 Fairview Road in Simpsonville. Mad Cuban Cafe will be an eclectic variety of Cuban favorites ranging from sandwiches to traditional pork and chicken dishes. Mad Cuban will also offer an array of beverages from coffee to shakes. Entree and sandwich prices will range from $5.95 to $7.95. Mad Cuban is created by experienced Greenville restaurateur Edurne Zabala.
Ms. Zabala is well known for several of her past restaurant ventures including La Cubanita Café and Mojitos. Mad Cuban plans to open by July 1, 2012.
