Pelham Crossing reaches full capacity with Novatech as newest tenant
April 21, 2025Pelham Crossing, a Class A light industrial and flex office park located in Greer, South Carolina, has reached full occupancy after a lease of ±6,500 square feet of space to Novatech.
The industrial park consists of multiple newly built facilities by Greenberg Gibbons Properties (GGP), a developer based out of Annapolis, Maryland with additional offices in Charlotte, North Carolina. Novatech is a provider of managed IT and print services which will expand its presence into the Carolinas with this lease.
In addition to Novatech, Pelham Crossing is home to seven other tenants: Renewal by Anderson, Gemaire, Matica, ReFloor, Rome Bath, Arku and The Lauren Ashtyn Collection. Together, these tenants occupy just over ±95,000 square feet across two buildings located on Highway 14 in Greer.
GGP is a real estate development group specializing in the development, ownership and management of a variety of property types along the East Coast and Southeast region. The developer completed construction of two industrial facilities at Pelham Crossing in late 2022, with leasing activity beginning shortly after.

Pelham Crossing offers businesses and consumers access to major transportation hubs including interstates 85 and 26, GSP International Airport, BMW Manufacturing and the Inland Port in Greer. GGP continues to expand in high-demand markets, with other active projects including I-77 Commerce Center, CLT Commerce Center and Westinghouse Commerce Center in Charlotte, North Carolina.
