Marking 5 Years of Growth: Approaching $100M in Upstate Projects and a New HQ on I-385
P+F Construction, an Upstate general contracting, design-build and construction management firm, is proud to announce the expansion and relocation of its headquarters to a newly renovated 15,000-square-foot industrial facility in Fountain Inn. The move to 311 Dale Drive, in conjunction with the company’s five year anniversary, marks a significant milestone for the growing company.
“What started as a two-person team in 2020 has grown into more than 20 professionals working both in the field and in the office,” said Will Prescott, co-founder and VP of Operations at P+F Construction. “We quickly outgrew our 1,200-square-foot space on Main St., and this expansion gives us the capacity to invest in our people, strengthen training for staff and trade partners, and host owner and project meetings that help us deliver every project with the highest level of quality.”
The facility was designed with intention—streamlining material handling, supporting day-to-day operations, and creating opportunities for team development. This investment positions P+F to meet rising demand for its services as project sizes grow and clients seek more comprehensive offerings, from preconstruction planning through project closeout.
A People First Philosophy
Since its founding in 2020, P+F Construction has built its reputation on a People First approach. Co-founder and VP of Project Management, Steve Foushee, emphasized, “Our people continue to be our difference maker. The depth of knowledge, experience, collaboration, transparency, technology, and execution we have developed over five years allows us to compete at a level that rivals companies many times our size. The new headquarters is a direct investment and further commitment to our team, their success and the success of our clients.”
This philosophy traces back to the company’s origins. Prior to launching P+F Construction, Foushee and Prescott managed preconstruction and operations for some of the largest construction companies in the Southeast, overseeing nearly $1 billion in investments. Despite their success, they observed that while many firms claimed “people” as their most valuable resource, that commitment was rarely reflected in practice. Their decision to found P+F was born from the belief that when you truly put people first—clients, teammates, and trade partners—everything else falls into place.
Proven Experience
In just five years, P+F has delivered successful projects across the Upstate in sectors ranging from commercial and industrial to education, government, and worship. The firm’s diverse portfolio reflects its versatility and scale—revitalizing historic landmarks like The Mill at Fountain Inn, expanding campuses for local congregations such as Upstate Church, and most recently being selected by Keene Development to lead construction of Biltmore Walk, a 44-residence luxury townhome community in downtown Greenville. While each project varies in size and complexity, all share the same commitment to quality and contribute to the region’s continued growth and success.
“Every milestone is made possible by strong partnerships,” said Foushee. “We are deeply grateful to the trusted clients and partners who share our commitment to quality, safety, and innovation. Their expertise and collaboration are essential to each project, from historic revitalizations to large-scale community developments. We are forever grateful to those who entrust us with the opportunity to serve their company.”
Looking Ahead
As P+F marks five years of growth, the company remains focused on expanding its team, strengthening trade partnerships, and delivering facilities that exceed expectations throughout the Upstate. “P+F combines national-level expertise with a small-town touch,” said Prescott. “We are committed to delivering projects ahead of schedule, under budget, and built to outlast expectations—but at the core, our mission is to build more than buildings. We are building people.”
Approaching $100M in development over the past five years, P+F has continued to pour investments back into the team to position for additional growth —a testament the company’s commitment to both the region’s strong demand and the team’s proven ability to deliver at scale. Prescott added, “The past five years have reinforced that true success in construction comes from working side by side with people who believe in the same values. We look forward to continuing to strengthen those relationships as we grow.”
