GREENVILLE, SC – November 30, 2010 – Prudential C. Dan Joyner, the N. Pleasantburg Office, announces its inaugural FREE Buyer and Seller Workshop at their offices at 745 N. Pleasantburg Drive off I-385 near downtown Greenville on Tuesday, November 30, 2010 from 6:30-8:00pm.
A panel of industry experts, including a Real Estate Attorney, Real Estate Broker, CPA/Tax Professional, Mortgage Broker, an Appraiser, and a Professional Home Stager, will be on hand to address timely buyer & seller real estate related topics from owner financing and rent vs. buy options to how to get pre-qualified for a loan and the benefits of staging for re-sale. A question and answer session will follow.
Most importantly, our panelists will provide relevant and local information on why now is the best time to buy or sell, explains Teresa Cox, Broker in Charge of the N. Pleasantburg Office of Prudential C. Dan Joyner. Plus, we will have many of our own Prudential REALTORS on hand to help buyers and sellers consider their next move.
This workshop is the first in a series of quarterly workshops to be offered by the N. Pleasantburg Office of Prudential C. Dan Joyner. They are FREE to the public and refreshments will be provided.
