Greenville, South Carolina: Scott Jones, SIOR and Keith Jones, CCIM of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord of 119 Manly Street in leasing the 3,198 SF office property. The building was leased to Envirotek Management Services, Inc.
Greenville, South Carolina: Scott Jones, SIOR and Keith Jones, CCIM of NAI Earle Furman represented Milestone Ventures, LLC in selling 1.8 acres located at 2100 Pelham Road in Greenville. The property was purchased by the Enigma Corporation for $975,000.
Anderson, South Carolina: Tim Roller of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord of Mall Parade center in leasing a retail space to Complete Nutrition. The center is located at 3300 North Main Street in Anderson. Complete Nutrition is an upscale nutritional supplement retail store with over 120 franchises in over 30 states.
Simpsonville, South Carolina: Renee Dunlap of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord of Five Forks Promenade in leasing retail space to Palmetto Consignment Gallery. The center is located at 2531 Woodruff Road in Simpsonville.

Spartanburg, South Carolina: Hunter Garrett, CCIM, SIOR of NAI Earle Furman represented First Citizens Bank & Trust in purchasing an 9,735 SF office property located at 736 East Main Street in Spartanburg.
Greenville, South Carolina: Hunter Garrett, CCIM, SIOR of NAI Earle Furman represented the owner of 2420 Laurens Road in selling the 2,640 SF retail property.
Greenville, South Carolina: Jimmy Wright and Ted Lyerly, CCIM of NAI Earle Furman, LLC represented the owner of 100 Villa Road in selling the 2,800 SF retail property. Bimini’s, a Myrtle Beach based oyster-bar and restaurant, purchased the building.
