Greer, South Carolina (January 2011): John Baldwin, Ford Borders, SIOR and Grice Hunt of NAI Earle Furman, LLC represented Airport Industrial Park, LLC in leasing a 5,000 SF industrial space located on Airport Road in Greer. The space was leased to Expeditors of SC, Inc.
Greenville, South Carolina (January 2011): Jon A. Good, SIOR, and Earle Furman, SIOR represented the landlord of 3915 Pelham Road in leasing retail space to Goodmour Haircuts.
Greer, South Carolina (January 2011): Tyson Smoak of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord of 113 South Main Street in Greer in leasing a 1,550 SF office property to Kent McKown Company, PC.

Greenville, South Carolina (January 2011): Scott Jones, SIOR of NAI Earle Furman, LLC assisted in the sale of a 2,800 SF freestanding office building located at 142 Milestone Way in Greenville. The building was purchased by Lower Waverly, LLC.
Greenwood, South Carolina (January 2011): Jon A. Good, SIOR and Tyson Smoak of NAI Earle Furman, LLC represented The Palmetto Bank in selling two industrial buildings located at 1421 Calhoun Road in Greenwood. The 9,890 SF industrial properties were sold to Hi Performance Auto Sales.
