SPARTANBURG, SC – September 13, 2010 – Scott Jones, SIOR of NAI Earle Furman, LLC recently represented investor, Modaff Properties LLC in purchasing a newly constructed freestanding medical office facility located in North Grove Medical Park in Spartanburg.
The facility is 13,913 square feet and is a newly constructed freestanding medical office. The 13,913 square foot property is fully occupied by the Spartanburg Veterans Outpatient Clinic. The purchase price was $3,200,000.
