SCRA’s Natalie Corella Earns Certified Compliance & Ethics Designation

CHARLESTON, SC – June 10, 2009 – Natalie Corella, SCRA Senior Vice President of Contracts and Compliance, has successfully completed the Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) examination and has earned the CCEP designation. Compliance professionals develop and oversee corporate compliance programs to help ensure that the organizations for which they work comply with state and federal regulations.

Corella has been with SCRA since 1988. She directs negotiation and oversight of all prime contracts for SCRA and its affiliate, ATI, totaling more than $1.5 billion in contract ceiling value.  Corella also leads SCRA’s Ethics and Compliance Program.  Prior to joining SCRA, Corella was a contracting officer for the Naval Supply Center.

Corella graduated with honors from the University of Dayton with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations and a minor in Marketing. She is a member of the National Contract Management Association, the Southeast Small Business Council, the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics and Coalition for Government Procurement.
