Leadership Training and Mentorship Program
This internal leadership and mentorship program was designed for SW+ Corporate Leadership members and office leaders to mentor selected employees over three months. The Leadership Program provides current and future leaders with the tools they need for growth within SeamonWhiteside.
This initiative started to bring employees together to explore new concepts and create a culture of learning and development. Every month, SW+ employees facilitate a “Lunch and Learn” program. These programs consist of speakers, seminars, and webinars to keep the workforce updated on industry advancements and help strengthen skills.
PSMJ Project Management Bootcamp
An external professional training program in the AEC industry focuses on project management. SeamonWhiteside sends several of its Project Coordinators and Project Managers to the annual conference to accelerate their career growth.
