The Cliffs announced the launch of a new member services department led by a team of seven hospitality veterans. The new department will provide personalized services to members within each of The Cliffs’ seven private luxury mountain and lake club communities.
Directors of the member services department include:
- Rae McClane Aartun, The Cliffs at Glassy
- Brittany Barnwell, The Cliffs Valley
- Linda Long, The Cliffs at Walnut Cove
- Suzie Edwards, The Cliffs at Mountain Park
- Kaitlyn Lindsey, The Cliffs at Keowee Vineyards
- Sari Outzen, The Cliffs at Keowee Springs
- Lisa Wiznitzer, The Cliffs at Keowee Falls
The new member services department, which replaces the former club concierge program, is an important component of the new vision for The Cliffs to further enhance member services, support and engagement. Each club director will plan community-specific events for members in addition to assisting them with the creation of special experiences that utilize The Cliffs’ programs and amenities. The department will also help coordinate airport transportation, arrange accommodations for visiting guests, and source services for house cleaning, laundry, childcare and pet sitting.
