Top National Executives participate in second annual Directors’ Institute

CHARLESTON, SC – March 17-18, 2011 – Senior executives and boardmembers from some of the top organizations and corporations in thecountry will serve as the faculty for The Citadel Directors’ Institute(CDI). Hosted by The Citadel School of Business Administration, and inpartnership with the Research Triangle Chapter of the NationalAssociation of Corporate Directors, the second annual event is scheduled for March 17-18 at Charleston Place Hotel in Charleston.

The two-day seminar will focus on best practices in corporategovernance; developments in the legal, regulatory and politicalenvironment; and risk management. Chief Justice of the Supreme Court ofDelaware Myron Steele and Kenneth Daly, president and CEO of theNational Association of Corporate Directors, will deliver keynoteaddresses and participate in sessions.
