Trinity Partners announces recent completed transactions

Trinity Partners Columbia is pleased to announce recent commercial real estate transactions in excess of $7,000,000. Together, Nick Stomski, SIOR, Partner and Jake Nidiffer, Brokerage Associate closed over 52,000 SF of medical/office space in the last 90 days.

  • 101, 103, 105 Sum Mor Drive is an 18,000 SF office development located in West Columbia. The Brokerage Team was successful in the subdivision of the parcel, negotiation of access easement, and sale of the first building. TP has brought to market the first space consisting of 6,160 SF of office/medical office space and is currently undergoing renovations.
  • 1523 Richland Street is a 2,000 SF newly renovated office space located in Downtown Columbia. The building was listed for sale/lease and the team sold in August to a local investor. The new owner engaged TP to lease the space and, within 60 days, landed Vanderbilt Mortgage & Finance company who will occupy the building starting in October.
  • 2000 CenterPoint Drive, Suite 400, is a 22,229 SF Class A office building located in the St Andrews submarket. Stomski represented a long-time client in the lease up. The company will run back-office support and occupy the entire 4th floor.
  • 696 Medical Park Drive is a 3,398 SF medical office located in Hartsville, SC anchored by SCENT. The owners engaged TP to sublease the second-floor space within the building. The sublease space was backfilled by Crescent Hospice.
