Trinity Partners represents Sorinex in acquiring a new manufacturing plant in Lexington County

Trinity Partners’ Macon Lovelace, SIOR, represented longtime client, Sorinex Exercise Equipment, in their purchase of a 97,000 SF industrial facility situated on 8.32 acres located at 120 Glassmaster Road in Lexington. The $2,725,000 facility will be located at the same exit as Sorinex’s headquarters and main manufacturing hub located on Litton Drive. This facility will have multiple functions to help sustain Sorinex’s long-term growth plans and to meet its robust customer demand. Sorinex will be relocating existing operations and warehousing from a site in West Palm Beach, Florida and two smaller leased warehouses in the greater Columbia area. Sorinex is expected to occupy the space summer 2022.
There will be significant upgrades to this facility to bring it up to capacity for Sorinex’s immediate manufacturing needs as well as for future product lines. In addition to the interior and exterior site improvements to the building, Sorinex will be acquiring new equipment lines which will be used in this facility.
