Honors Four Columbia Contact Center Employees with Leadership Awards for Excellence in Customer Satisfaction
COLUMBIA, SC — April 9, 2008 – At a recent employee meeting, Verizon Wireless, the nation’s wireless leader in customer loyalty, presented its Leadership Awards for Excellence to four Columbia Contact Center employees who successfully provided outstanding customer satisfaction and implemented process improvements to better serve customers.
Leadership awards are given for process improvements, internal and external customer satisfaction, demonstration of the company’s culture, customer loyalty and cost savings initiatives.
Employees honored with leadership awards include:
• Barbara Ayers, training manager;
• Edward McDowell, customer service operations coordinator;
• Steve Robinson, facilities manager; and
• Doris Tucker, resource management supervisor.
