September 5, 2013

COLUMBIA, SC – How familiar are you with youth culture today? Please join us Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2013 in Columbia, SC for this dynamic, interactive, hands-on training, lead by Eric Rowles, a nationally recognized trainer and consultant. In this training, participants will dissect the multiple generational differences in the work, school and community settings and will also identify specific tactics and strategies to engage Millennials in the lexicon and tools that they use most.

Participants will also be introduced to various best practices of Millennial engagement programs throughout the country and will have the opportunity to see how their program designs can be adapted to address the increasing rates of volunteerism, philanthropy, teamwork and customer service approaches coupled with changing rates of teen pregnancy, trust in authority figures, and sole-occupation career outlooks. Get ready to laugh, to compete and to walk away with a full resource list of tools and techniques that you can use immediately with the young people in your programs.

This training is sponsored by the South Carolina Campaign to Prevent Teen Pregnancy (SC Campaign). It will be held on Oct. 1, 2013 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the SC Campaign office: 1331 Elmwood Ave. Suite 140, Columbia, SC 29201
