1801 Old Trolley Road is now fully leased

NAI Charleston announced that the ±15,000 SF office building anchored by First Citizens Bank in Summerville has been fully leased. The property, located at 1801 Old Trolley Road, welcomed “Let’s Talk It Out Counseling,” which was represented by Lisa Smith of BHHS Carolina Sun Real Estate.
Scott Peevy, CCIM of NAI Charleston represented First Citizens Bank, the owner/landlord in the leasing.
