GREENVILLE, SC – July 27, 2011 – The Upstate Bocce Bash, held on Saturday, May 21, was enjoyed and supported by more than 400 participants, sponsors and volunteers.  This was a 25% increase in participation from the inaugural event held in 2010.  Proceeds from the day-long tournament totaling $20,500, were presented this week to Special Olympics South Carolina, the tournament’s beneficiary for 2011.
