COLUMBIA, SC – April 4, 2012 – The 2012 South Carolina Employer BenefitsSurvey – a free bi-annual survey designed to help business owners andcompany leaders benchmark their employee benefit programs against peersand competitors – has opened and is already receiving data fromcompanies eager to assess their competitive position.

The one-of-a-kind biannual survey, sponsored by regional insuranceagent/broker Rosenfeld Einstein, helps organizations to determine ifthey are providing competitive employee benefit packages and payingcompetitive fees for their benefits programs  – or if they are at riskof losing valuable talent to their competitors.

The survey, last executed in 2010, provides qualitative and quantitativedata on employee benefit programs at no cost for participation, notesHoward Einstein, president of Rosenfeld Einstein Employee BenefitsCorp.  “We initiated the program in 2004 and have received tremendousparticipation from across the region every two years,” said Einstein.  “Participants tell us that the survey data is exceptionally valuable andtimely in their planning, and we are pleased to continue the program in2012 while making it available at no cost.”

The online survey is confidential and data takes approximately 20-30minutes to enter.  Rosenfeld Einstein then analyzes the survey data andprovides each participating organization with its own proprietary reportand data.  While ideal for midsized and larger businesses, RosenfeldEinstein is making the program available to any organization with 20 ormore full-time employees. “A key benefit of this one-of-a-kind initiative is in helping companiesunderstand where they stand competitively, both regionally andnationally, in recruiting and retaining their best associates,” notedEinstein.  “The survey is quick, easy, customized – and it helpsorganizations make better informed decisions about their benefit plansbased on real-time market data.”
