2016 Holiday Sales Show to open December 2 in Camden

November 21, 2016

The Fine Arts Center of Kershaw County (FAC) is gearing up for the 2016 Holiday Sales Show. This year, the Holiday Sales Show will take place from Friday, December 2 through Thursday, December 15. Don’t fight those mall crowds…shop local and give the gift of art.

About the Holiday Sales Show
This year, 40 vendors will have fabulous, one-of-a-kind, handmade items for everyone on your list. Set in the Fine Arts Center’s historic Douglas-Reed House (ca. 1812,) the show will feature a selection of fine, artisan pieces in clay, glass, metals and wood. Some of the items you will find include pottery, hand-blown glass, aprons, woodwork, soaps, candles, specialty teas and coffees, dog treats, herbed jams and syrups, candies and dips, jewelry, stuffed toys, ornaments, wall art, stained glass and so much more!

Shopping hours are 10:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 1:30-6:00 p.m. on Sunday.

The Holiday Sales Show is curated Debra Gregory and is sponsored by Duke Energy. Special arrangements have been made with the artists from Artists’ Attic who will donate a portion of their sales to the Fine Arts Center this year. Please be sure to visit the Artists’ Attic located at 930 Broad Street in downtown Camden. The Artists’ Attic is host to several South Carolina artists specializing in equine art, botanical and animal art, landscapes, stained glass, mixed media, photography, traditional portraiture, and home décor.

“I am always amazed at the array of beautifully crafted items that are available at the Holiday Sales Show,” said Jane Peterson, FAC’s Director of Marketing. “Debra Gregory does an amazing job coordinating this event. You do NOT want to miss it!”
