39 Broad Street & 29 Elliott Street office building sold

NAI Charleston announced that partner David Ingle represented the buyer in the transaction of 39 Broad Street and 29 Elliott Street. The seller, HTA 39 Broad LLC, was represented by Mark Mattison at Bridge Commercial. The ±15,500 square-foot office and retail building was built in 1891 and is directly across the street from Blind Tiger Pub. The property includes a private parking lot on Elliott Street consisting of 16 spaces.
